the location was magnificent - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. again, the hotel was 10 minutes drive from trutzeltz castle.

Its location was marvellous, close enough to rural Germany as well as nice walking paths. The staff was friendly - I would come here again.

There were central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a seating area in the room, loved that.

Great for hiking or visiting castles! The location was perfect, and we appreciated the vegetarian options in the restaurant and the top brand coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom had lovely ritual soap/shampoo, and the clean, spacious room was perfect for our romantic escape.

The menu was limited, and the prices were astronomical for the tiny portions of food we received. We left the restaurant still very hungry and disappointed.

If you’re visiting the nearby castle, this hotel is in a great location and very close to it. The hosts are friendly and the rooms are clean and cozy, making for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast and restaurant have good options, and the staff is happy to accommodate dietary requirements. The natural surroundings are a truly remarkable experience.

Despite the great location, the WiFi wasn’t great and was somewhat slow.

We had a great stay at this hotel, which is perfect if you're looking to visit Burg Eltz castle. The location is very close to the castle and offers a perfect starting point for hiking. The cleanliness of this hotel is remarkable - everything was spotless and cozy. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the nice restaurant terrace for enjoying meals.

Great experience overall! The place was very clean and cozy with great Wi-Fi. The restaurant had a wide variety of local cuisine that was delicious and cheap. It was really convenient that cash and credit card payments were both accepted. The key location made it easy to visit the area and ensured quick access to the local attractions. The spacious room was a bonus!

While the staff was friendly, it was a disappointment that the restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival, and we had to drive some distance to find another open restaurant. the portion sizes and prices at the restaurant felt a bit off.
